Jon Innes is President | Founder at UX Innovation LLC, a management consulting firm specializing in product design in Silicon Valley. He has held senior management positions in several large software companies overseeing product design and research operations. His product design experience spans a wide range of products from consumer software at Intuit, to SaaS products for SAP.
Jon has led UX projects for several members of the Fortune 1000, both as a consultant and a member of an in-house team and since founding UX Innovation he has worked with many startups from seed-round stage to series D.
He has contributed to standards for usability testing, is a frequent speaker at UI design and user research conferences, and has authored several articles in design related journals as well as a book chapter on establishing a design organization.
He is also a Certified Scrum Product Owner and Scrum Master, with extensive experience integrating Agile and UX in both large distributed teams and early stage startups.
